Hornady One Shot

I only used it on pistol brass. I spray it in a large Ziploc freezer bag, dump in the brass, seal it up and shake the h3ll out of it for a bit. Worked ok and I didn't find it messy doing it this way.

After running ‘low’ on Hornady One Shot last year I scoured Canada and couldn’t find even one can on anyone’s shelf.
Called Hornady direct for an answer and finally found out why it isn’t being shipped up into Canada. You won’t believe this but it’s true…can’t import into Canada because it doesn’t have any instructions in FRENCH on the can!! Sooo…while on vacation visiting a friend in Florida I ordered a dozen cans from Scheels and had my friend throw it in their truck when returning to Ontario in the spring. Love that stuff, should last me a few months, lol.
BUT I’ll grab a can of that specialty WD-40 and play with it. Backup is always good.
This has been an issue for many years.
The Bi-lingual requirements of doing business in Canada.
G-96 was running into the issue about 15 years ago and a local wharehouse printed up the French Canadian translation of ingredients and directions of use.
The uproar waned and now we have G-96 readily available.
As for Hornady and their reasons....
I still use RCBS lube and yes sometimes I get dents in my brass, but I aint building loads to shoot the sphincter out of gnats at 100m.

Re the WD40 Dry Lube: Has anyone had any issues of powder/primer corruption from it?
No problems in the rounds I have loaded so far, but as I stated earlier, I precoat the inside of a Ziploc bag with the spray, then dump in the brass and shake the bag, so there really shouldn't be any of the lube getting inside the cases.
