1 - Better
2 - Better
3 - Worse (because everyone knows rust makes AK's more accurate)
4 - Yes... but I have no problems hitting gongs at 300 with a aimpoint... so why?

I live in B.C. so the whole corrosive ammo thing would drive me nut's. So I only use non corrosive in my CZ 858. I think I am around 3,000 plus rounds and have only cleaned it maybe four times.
2. reliability worse
Have you actually owned a AK or used one or seen one used as it was intended, or ar you basing that off what you've heard on TV.
I'd MUCH rather have a CZ than an AK in ANY situation.
That's a big statement without a followup...

execpt for the scope thing. Got a cheap Marstar NcStar 3-9 optic on mine and the 200 meter gong rings 4 time's out of five times if I drank enough coffee. I an't no sharp shooter if you know what I mean but when I compare it to the iron sight's 2 or 3 time's I fell like one. This is also acheved sitting on a bench and with the bi-pod that they issued with the rifle. PM superpeg for his mount set-up if you realy want to put a nice scope on there. Also as a side note. I live in B.C. so the whole corrosive ammo thing would drive me nut's. So I only use non corrosive in my CZ 858. I think I am around 3,000 plus rounds and have only cleaned it maybe four times.
Totally different animal from inside, but:
1. accuracy better
2. reliability worse
3. maintenance worse
AK has fewer moving parts and those are stronger.
Scope? Yes if you can find a reliable place to put one.
Why not run corrosive rounds? They're cheaper. It's just a CZ. Not like it's a real AK47. I live in BC too. I have a CZ too. I've run thousands of corrosice rounds. No problems, no rust.
