How long do I need to wait for shipping ?

Guys, price is not equal value. There is much more to the value than just cheapest price. I guess all "cheap items" fans are walking to work every day. It is a bit longer than driving, but saves you a lot of

rocor98, you are right. This thread is waste of space. I was hoping that this thread will show to CanAm people that there is a limit to abuse people will take for low prices. I was wrong and I have to admit it. There are too many people who does not care about such things as fair dealins with the customer and willing to go to extreme inconveniense for saving a few bucks.

No need to answer to my post. You will not convince me and I am not trying to convince anybody either. To me quality of the service and honesty of the seller site main criteria of the value. Price is VERY important, but I am to in ### trade business and will not and over backwards for a few dollars.

As is the assertion that those of us who don't whine when we knowingly enter into a transaction where delays are common knowledge are somehow akin to ### trade workers who bend over for a few bucks.

3 weeks and still not shipped

I ordered what I thought was a great deal a pitta pps50 and 5000 rinds of blazer ammo. I placed my order on the 14 of May. You took payment last week from my credit card. My online status still shows its not been shipped. I phoned to see what the hold up is and there is no answer just a recording. It says your too busy yet you still have advertisements every where, deals shown almost daily. This is a nonrestricted purchase why 3 weeks and still no shipping. If you can't handle the business get more staff or don't take the orders. Customer service is as important as low prices.

Anyway. I think CanAmm is a good company and sometimes good companies get back logged. But billing you before shipping is bull####. I don't care how much i like them. I wouldn't stand for that. My buddy has the same thing. Still not shipped. But he's been billed.

I'm going to open a business and only open on days when I have nothing else to do. I'm thinking I'll open Monday's and accept orders and then spend Tuesday - Friday processing and shipping. Gee, I hope I have enough business to keep me busy, but not so much that I can't open the following Monday. What a predicament!

So from your perspective they have a few options...

1) Stop offering "great deals", that way they won't be busy and can ship your product right away.... not that you'd buy anything there because of the high prices.

2) Answer every phone call from whiners.... but wait... then they can't process and ship orders.

3) Higher more staff! First of all...they are! But let's make it 10-20 new staff which adds unreasonable overhead... no problem they can just raise the prices.

4) Offer great deals only to you, because you're so special.

Get a grip.
 
If I keep replying to these threads, I might just have 1,000 posts by the end of the week.

You people just don't get it/ don't know how to use search.

Also, the reason for billing before shipping has been stated many times: it is done because some cards get denied.

dont say anything bad now . They are working hard, small company, trying their best. Bla bla. Guess the bottom line is you get what you pay for.
Waiting for CFO to get their head out of their ass is one thing but other non restricted along with accessories taking weeks to ship once credit cards have been charged is not good service. Period

So make sure it clears, and ship the same Day at least! There is no reason to wait more then one business day to ship.

Again, to be clear. I have no beaf with CanAmmo. I'd order from them again. And will. But it still don;t make it right.

It feels like when I pay my cable bill. I ain't happy about it. But I pay the fukers.

You don't suppose they process a bunch of payments at a time and then ship do you? No, you're right... they process a payment and ship... go to next order process payment and ship.

And hey, it happens when I order a pizza all the time. Those bastards charge my card before they even start making the pizza let alone ship it. :)
 
Build or import your own firearms, same with ammo... Tell us how much it costs before you give up.

Who buys something and doesn't research into the purchase, CanAm has explained the situation too many times to count. You're going to wait. Period. If you want it quicker go somewhere else and pay a higher price.

And who cares when they bill you! You were going to pay for the product anyways, they'll give you your money back if you change your mind before they ship the product.

I'm pretty young but people need to grow up, not everything is instant.
 
How long before my order is process

I order LAR15 Mag from you guys last week. How long will it take before you process my order ? I don't like when I have money lingering online.

Shipping question

I have tried e-mail a few times and I am getting no response from you guys and I am reading on this forum that there are other customers that are also getting no replies to their e-mails.
If you don't have time to reply to the e-mails can you find a way to put on your web site in the "view profile" area when the order will ship, or at least when you hope to get it shipped and update it once in a while.
All I am asking is a bit of info on my order (order # 3959213) I know that my credit card has been charged for the order back on June 5th and I would like to know when I will get it.
I have had good luck with ordering from you in the past and I hope that you are able to clear up this backlog quickly.
 
I am having the same issue. I have called and left a msg no return call. I have e-mailed also no reply as to what is going on with my order. I had placed the order almost 4 weeks ago now. I see it was processed on 05/28/2013. Item was in stock. Order number 3959050. Can some one please let me know when or if this has been shipped.
