Interesting rifle!
Hopefully this doesn't offend Baribal, but this was a recently completed project Husqvarna 146. It will hopefully be a loyal companion for many years. The original stock was reworked and turned out very nicely.

What makes you think so ?
I never been against mods. As far as some of the most rare / scarce and original / untouched rifles are kept as is for the posterity...
The vast majority of the supply already have been altered, as 50-100 years old rifles surely saw some use...
Anyhow, nice rig you built there.
Ah! Ah ! tnx then. I really like to think the modified rifles will continue to harvest in the field for another 100 years minimum than seeing them being kept in safes far from the eyes and hearts... They were intended to be used, after all !
Not a 4000 for sure. First off, a 4000 have a 520mm barrel and a Mauser type action.
Like I see it from the pic and SN, it's a Grade II.
The 8000/9000 just applies to Tradewinds imports and SN must be below 398###
