I would like to know what your absolute favorite firearm you own is.

I have a Brno 2-E that was given to me by my father when I was 12, so just over 20 years ago. I love that .22. I could not count the # of rounds I have put through her. She is a tack driver. I absolutely love shooting her. Nothing fancy or manly about this .22, just a solid rifle with some sentimental attachment.

My all time favorite would be my Savage 99 in 22-250. Just because I like that cartridge and the gun my Dad (RIP) passed down to me is a Savage 99 as well, it is my 250-3000.

For those who own a 99 know what I mean and for those who don't own one........well you should!

If it wasn't for the family tie to the Savage 99. I would likely say my Browning A-Bolt Medallion in 300wm. This thing speaks with authority!

Pre-64 Model 70 Winchesters are my favorites. But the favorite of my favorites is a 1953 300 H&H. It's a handsome rifle that shoots and handles as good as it looks. --- :)

My first rifle was a P-14 and it's still my fav.. I just liked the look and feel of it. Although you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it even if you were trying! Real good at scaring away deer and pissing me off cause the iron sigts were f@cked and the scope mount is just way too high.

This one...

My Armco shortened, Crimson Trace laser gripped Ruger Super Redhawk in 454 Casull...

My winchester 70 Featherweight in .270WSM.

First rifle I ever bought. Shoots straight. I've taken every deer I've shot with it. Looks pretty and has beautiful wood. My wife say's it looks like a girlie rifle, but I don't care. It doesn't talk back.

PeterPan here is a youtube video clip of me shooting 405gr WLNGC's @ 1200fps out of this gun...

I do push the loads to 1330fps out of this gun (these same loads do 1500fps out of my 7.5" SRH) but the recoil is starting to get to be a bit much so I decided too reduce the load to 1200fps which reduces the recoil enough to a very managable level. (doesn't hurt my wrist) :)

The holster I am using in the clip is a brand new Mernickle thumb break so that is why the draw kind of sucks I didn't get the snap unsnapped properly...

Longbranch I have had a Rem Mtn Rifle in 280 for about the same time bought it new at an auction for $350.00...

I have always been amazed at how accurate this rifle is with any load that I shoot in it...

I just read the Guns and ammo rags best shot-guns of fifty makers, and I owed 5 of the ten mentioned! I have just figured it out much like the old lady that lived in the shoe.

I just own too many to have a favorite(but the answer is .375H&H)and that will answer any question except What do I use on doves this year?

It really is easy to re-load ad is a hoot to shoot!
Bob:)

My favourite is my Sako AV 300 win mag. It wears a 3x9x40 Zeiss Conquest, a very nicely figured wood stock and when it gets ugly a plain black mcmillan. The coolest thing about it is the game I have taken with it and it shoots to the same POI with either stock.

My fav' is my Benelli R1 Argo semi auto in 300 Win Mag.

She handles and shoots like a dream. :)

For distance shots it came with some type of Bushnell scope, but not the cheaper kind, and for the thick brush I have a red dot sight. :)

Mine would have to be my Marlin 336RC that my Grandfather gave me. It is the one gun that I will never sell no matter what. It handles great, light enough that I can carry it around all day with no problems. I wish I had a picture but they will be coming as soon as I can get a camera to use.
