If you had $1000.00 to spend on a handgun..

Glock 17 gen 4 with Trijicon night sights and multiple spare mags. :) Or a Glock 34 gen 4 with multiple mags... I somehow see this not ending any time soon.

P226 in .22LR then wait 'till next paycheque and get the 9mm conversion. ($656 + $362 = $1028 @Questar) and cash my empties for an extra mag for each caliber.

If I could get the parts incase of a breakage, probably an H&K (I like polymer and DA/SA). As if however if something does break on your H&K you're basically SOL with the current situation in Canada.

So I'm happy with a sig. ;)

M&P Pro in .40cal, install the Apex FSS trigger and shoot it in IDPA ESP Division downloaded to 130 PF and IPSC Standard Division loaded to meet major. Best of both worlds.

Take Care

Bob
ps If you don't reload than the Pro in 9MM due to ammo costs and shoot it IDPA SSP Division and IPSC Production Division with a heavier trigger return spring.

It would be the gun I bought yesterday on the EE. A Springfield 1911-A1 fully loaded. Novak night sights, full length guide rod, ambi safety, widened ejection port, adjustable trigger, parkerized finish, flat main spring housing , beaver tail grip safety, all steel construction. Doesn't get much better IMHO..lol
