As the OP, I think it would be pretty pointless, gauging by the reaction on here.
I am curious how you get .223 to stay inside, and feed from a.50 Beowulf mag without pinching the feed lips closed.
It still has to hold, and feed the cartridge it was designed for.
Otherwise it is a modified mag.
What if: robinson arms (or any manufacturer really) made a. 50 beowulf "pistol" with "ten" round magazines. Because 12 .50 beowulf cartridges fit in a standard 30 round ar15 mag right. So a 10 round mag would hold 25 by my math.
Btw, this thread is amazing. It's like watching two chicks making out in a hot tub. You want to get involved, but your happy with just watching.
will 7.62 39 feed from 50BW mags?

Hmmm, a .223 bolt action rifle with ar15 mags. Like this:

Imagine if someone already did it........![]()

it has already been mentioned that the 5/10 50BW will hold 18 rounds of 223. Sooo.....your math is wrong. a full 10/10 mag would hold a full 30 rounds.![]()
