I'm interested in a 14inch for my mossberg 500.

Yeah, I'd probably buy one anyway. The whole gun though, not just the barrel for a conversion project.Lol, your opinion will change once you hold it. As soon as I picked it up for the first time, I was VERY impressed, such a serious, bad-@$$, 100% pure business Cannon. Ghost sights are a must, the red ramp front gives you excellent target acquisition, like a Smith&Wesson snubby .357 Magnum
It patterns tight also, with 14" barrel with fixed full chock

Me too, I'd buy the whole shotgun. There is more involved with a barrel swap than some realize.
You have to wait. Irunguns is trying to import a small amount, to see if they are approved. Then they will be for sale. I'm thinking if they get here, they'll be sold in 5 minutes once being put up for sale.
If you want just a barrel, better make sure you know which mag tube you need as well.
I hope this pans out but I won't be holding my breath. You used to be able to buy the 14" guns around ten years ago. They were cheap too, around $400 iirc. I was going to pick one up but waited too long. Their absence has nothing to do with a lack of supply and demand and everything to do with the US shutting down all shotgun exports on anything under 18".

it is Lloyd Axworthy that you can thank for your inability to import short barrel shotguns . he managed to tick off the united states over a military decision and they retaliated in part by declaring short barrel shotguns as non exportable military equipment . he is also quoted as saying disarming the Canadian public is part of the new humanitarian social agenda . Lets try to keep this thread free of everyone's opinion why these are not readily available here and leave those who are interested in seeing these here, to post.
Irunguns is trying to import 10 units + barrels, we will see what happens. If they are not exportable, then we'll find out for sure rather than speculating.
