Abbas,

I don't know you from Scott, and neither does anyone else on this forum. The fact is that Pakistan, paticularly in the Tribal areas, remains a safe haven for al-qaeda and the Taliban, who Canada is currently conducting armed operations against.

I know what I know, some of which cannot be made public. Your interest in the aquisition and use of firearms in Canada alone make you a likely suspect until proven otherwise. Your networking over the internet is a known Al-Queda activity, and you remain an anonymous node in the ether, without peer recognition or validation of credibility. We still have 14 individuals with legal proceedings against them for alleged terrorist activities carried out in Ontario, and much of their planning and networking was conducted over the internet, so this isn't some booze fed redneck chest thumping.

Call me a redneck if you want, but I won't be chummy with you, let you know where I live, or where I travel too, where I work or where my family works, what firearms I have, where I shoot and who I shoot with. And I would suggest others on this forum to do likewise.

If I was a moderator of this forum I would have you banned right now until I was assured that you pose not threat to the security of Canadians and that your credibility is valid. I would be a tough sell though. Who here can speak for you?

Yes, not very friendly is it. I have some sand in my shoes and I have walked many a mile for my country and I couldn't care less if that offends you.

Al-Qaeda Internt Activities
Internet activities
In the wake of its evacuation from Afghanistan, al-Qaeda and its successors have migrated online to escape detection in an atmosphere of increased international vigilance. As a result, the organization’s use of the Internet has grown more sophisticated, encompassing financing, recruitment, networking, mobilization, publicity, as well as information dissemination, gathering, and sharing.

Well said.

I checked out their website, while you may not be convinced, we don't need to be ringing the terrorist bell just yet.

And Abbas is an administrator of the site as well, as he mentioned, and the site seems similar to CGN and devoid of any terrorist recruitment activities.

Perhaps check it out before such strong accusations of terrorism. I extracted this from their 'Rules' section

Welcome to PakGuns!

Please follow these simple common sense rules.

1). No Profanity/Swearing or Illegal & Immature Discussions.

2). Stay on topic and don't make useless posts/comments.

3). Any post which is offensive to Pakistan will NOT be tolerated.

Abbas, my apologies again for my earlier post, it was obviously made with incomplete information.

You know what, I just came to Canadiangunnuts because I had heard good things about you guys and Norinco is generally not available anywhere else to discuss except here and my forum. I did not come here for political discussion or for any other motives, if I did I would not be sharing information and even pictures about myself and my friends.

I think you've been watching a bit too much of FOX news and are ignorant to the fact that Pakistan is a big country with a 170 million people but sure go ahead and brand 170 million people the same. Ignorant.

As for the rest of your post LMAO ! :bangHead:

I think I've had enough of this place, by page 2 I'm a troll and by page 7 I'm bring branded a terrorist & asking for the mods to ban me just because I'm from Pakistan ! I don't want to wait around for page 13.

Thanks guys, it was an experience.

get back on your meds

Goodbye Abbas.
Vigilance comes with a price, rightly or wrongly.
I had a choice to make, and I chose to act. That's called Freedom, something I'm ready to defend.
You have a choice now too.

get back on your meds

Maybe I should be on meds, I'm getting older and cranky. But I haven't forgoten the World Trade Center attack (or the recent attack in Mumbai which was launced from Pakistan),, and how they chummed up to some unsuspecting pilot instructors in the US to get their pilot training.

If one of those instructors voiced their suspicions, would the response be to "take some meds" and chill out? The answer of course would be Yes, as that is exactly what happened to all those who raised flags and warnings, and then the unheard of happened.

Look at his other thread, where he asks if and where tourists can use firearms in Canada. An innocent enough question, and so is looking for quick and dirty pilot training.
http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=324232

Now we have someone chumming up to shooters in Canada, looking for a place with lots of firearms laid out like a "buffet" (his words),, and someone to take them by the hand and lead them to it.

Well, not on my watch, and hopefully not on yours either.

Some of what you have to say has merit. That said what have you acheived by being rude and kicking someone off a public forum? Even if he does have ill intent, you have thwarted him how?

Those prices are not out of lien for that part of the world. When I was in Egypt in 1995, I remember going to a gun range in downtown Cairo, the had a few handguns, the one that I remember the best was a Model 60 S&W snub, $2500 US. A new Glock was $4300 US.

I too remember the WTC and the our sacrifices in Afghanistan .Although your self proclaimed vigilance has done nothing, What have you achieved to thwart this person you claim to be a Terrorist. If he is the person you claim him to be he will merely switch tactics and come in again and may be become your friend. If he is not what have you portrayed yourself as ?possibly a narrowed minded bigot or a hate filled old man. You should listen to your Travel advisories they are great source of information but do not forget not to leave home with out your tinfoil hat pulled tightly over your eyes and when at home sleep in your bathtub I hear it really is the safest place to sleep . If you have questions about some members actions or intentions on this board notify the Moderators / Administrators let them handle situations like this the last time I checked vigilantism was against the law .Here is your Hero cookie now run along and enjoy your your cookie and tell everyone that that you saved CGN from someone that you thought was a terrorist by acting as a Cyber Bully may be Wes will give you a hug

Actually my misguided friend what you did is called racial profiling (a nice way of saying institutionalized racism) and what you have is called paranoid delusional syndrome. You did not defend freedom in the least, you supressed free speech and freedom of association. For more on what's wrong with you look up McCarthyism. You wouldn't know freedom if it bit you in the ass.

I am aware that this post is outside the guidlines of the board, but this issue is too important to let lie. I have no issue with being suspended over what I have written and will not retract a single word.

Besides, if a terrorist in Canada, or about to come to Canada wanted information on where to find stockpiles of guns, he wouldn't draw attention to the fact he's from Pakistan by talking about crazy Pakistany prices, he would try to blend in.

Wow. Just.... wow.

You, sir, are everything that is wrong with Western civilization. Turn off your TV and get a life. This must be a new terrorist recruiting strategy... coming onto ultra right wing gun forums to discuss LEGAL FIREARMS OWNERSHIP.

Abbas, although you may already be gone, WELCOME TO CGN. Not all Canadians are ignorant fools, FYI.
