Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

I can't believe this thread exists, lol. But while I'm here, just put in another big order for ammo and components with Tenda. They have replenished their Cam Pro line of bullets, pretty much all of them are available and they also have Cam Pro (Ginex) small pistol primers again- just $39.99 per thousand. As well as other primer brands. Low prices and free shipping. Usually takes 7 days to get here on the Wet Coast but I'm fine with that.

I don’t order from them very often, but when I do it is usually for a fairly large number of the same item such as primers or .22LR target ammo. Never had an issue. I don’t recall ever hearing from them after I make an online order other than getting an email acknowledging the receipt of it. Orders show up on my doorstep from 5 to 14 days later. Yes, they kind of go into quiet mode normally and then into deep silence mode during sales events, but that is likely due to spending their time packaging and shipping orders instead of flapping their lips on a telephone. Anyway, no issues for me.

I ordered a variety of items that were all in stock, but after a week of waiting for the order to ship, they removed 2 items that were oversold and shipped the order at the same time.

A normal business would have notified the customer and allowed for corrections before shipping the order incomplete.

Yes it's slower than usual... but don't forget... ALL stores have staff reduction du to covid 19, and its the same thing for transporters...

So, like a say to my child, practice your patience!

I ordered a firearm and ammo from them on the 29th, received the firearm yesterday and the ammo should be here in a day or two. I never tried calling them but i got ahold of them in email. First time buyer from them and I would say they did a lot better than cabelas.

I tried to buy a Holosun greendot a few months back when they started carrying them. Tenda phoned the RCMP to run my PAL and declined my purchase because it was $3 over their "store policy" (insurance on the item was $4.50) for first time buyers. I called and spoke to the sales rep and he informed me that they have dealt with large purchases and fraud in the past so they have a policy for first time buyers. I could not find said policy on their site. I also asked if people who commit fraud phone them to follow up on their order and insure products.

I also let Tenda know I will not be sending them a money transfer (as per their solution) for the Holosun because Visa gives me extra protection.

It is nice to be on a high horse during a pandemic. I will take my business elsewhere.

Why was a PAL involved in a sight purchase?

Are they running it through the RCMP as a form of credit check?

First off, I wouldn’t have given it to them for that sort of purchase.

And secondly, I would be complaining, rather strongly, to the RCMP about the nature of their inquiry...
