It's that time of year...

Thats what i think also.
Go take a walk on your property, when you are in @ 50 yards or so of
some plants, the smell will be very noticable.
Then report the finding to the local LEO,
let them set their own trail cam.

In Que. they will only come if there is over 100 plants, unless the rules have changed from about 5yrs ago. On the farm I used to hunt, the guy had 1000acres, and there was always someone growing weed in the bush. The last time he called the SQ, he was told to pull the plants out himself, and that they would come if there was more than a hundred.

I told him to leave them, you never know if they have the place booby trapped.

Time of the year for the "mighty and rich land barons mentality" people, to get hyper and go on sick power trips and hunt and chase shadows of "bad" people off their land.

So what are you going to do when you find out who he is ? How can you prove this this chunk of land is your ? It's looks like any other piece of forrest anywhere. He might very well succesfully sue you for harrasments by jumping the gun, and claim that this particular piece of land is yours. Is is fenced and posted properly ? Or has he just innocently lost his way ?

I will advice you to remove this picture and unproven claim that this gentleman is "trespassing". If any harm comes his way due to his picture is posted by you, and your (false) claim that he is a criminal, you could lose a lots of money in damages, you would have to pay him and his family. This picture you have posted, and unproven claims against this gentleman in this picture can ruin your life. If he is harmed any way, because of your posting, you would, among others, lose your rights to own guns.

Glad that British Columbia is 95 % Crown Land :)

You're joking ....right. :onCrack:

#1. 2 gates were left open that same day....coincidence, probably not. If the cattle had been at that end of the farm, they
could have gotten in the bean-fields...with prob. $40,000 worth of forward contracted export beans, and destroyed them.

#2. Trespassing isn't a criminal act...it's a Prov act...Trespass to Property Act. I never accused him of being a criminal.

#3. What...do you want the GPS co-ord of the tree my cam was in...he was 1/2 km from any road

#4. Yes it's fenced...it's a farm. In Ont. You do not have to post signs...it is up to YOU to KNOW who's land you are on.

#5. This posting was/is meant to bring a little shame to the individual in question, and people like him, that think they can hunt/ go anywhere they please. Which sounds like YOU.

#6. If you ever own property, and see it continually trespassed upon year after year...you might understand the frustration.

#7. PLEASE stay in BC ;)

NOT sure when you are joking, beefman...........

Did thr trespasser fess up?

Doug

Nope...either they are:
1. not a member here
2. have very little integrity
3. or they are still working up the courage to admit their fault

PS I edited the picture by swirling his face...to give him a chance to fess-up.

350+ acres. :), not alot compared to some of the western farmers...but it's enough for us.

Sings are usually used as target practice by other people...but there are some.

holy crap 350??? i can't even begin to imagine how much land that is!! that would be a dream for me. 350?? flushing toilets and all? haha that's amazing! do you shoot on your property? i guess you could do just about anything without anyone bothering you!

I do'nt believe that any of you understands the legal implications in posting a pictures of that gentleman and accusing him for a unproven criminal act.

These fine pages should never be used for this kind of nasty smear campaigne against any canadian citizen.

Go to police with the picture and your claim of "trespassing", and please remove the picture, until you have a legal judgment and a permission of a judge to post your "criminal" in these fine pages.

If his lawyer(s) finds out that you accused this gentleman for being a criminal and in fact posted a picture of him as such in these fine pages, it will ruin your life as you know it now.

You are violating his canadian civil and human rights, and when he finds out, he will sue you for everything you own. If he in any way are harmed because of your posting and picture and unproven claims that he is criminal, you will also lose your rights to own guns.

I will not warn you again. I hope you find find out who this gentleman is, because you are going to make him very rich.

You might therefore regret many times that you posted this "criminal", whose canadian civil and human rights you have seriously violated in doing so.....

I think somebody has been watching too much American TV. And BTW somebody also could use a lesson in formal logic..........starting with petitio principii............

How do we know for shure that the this picture and story is what is described ? Are we being told the truth ? Does the author of the pictures already know this individual and want to harm him ? Are we being used by this individual to harm this person on the picture ?

Jumping to the wrong conclusion is far to easy, when we get emotional.

These fine pages should never be used in this illegal and dirty manner , by going after individuals, as if they had committed a crime, and convicted as such, before they have been charged or faced a judge.

Looks to much like internet hate crime to me, in which there are very strong canadian laws against. You are risking of recieving a heavy fine for posting this picture and slander about this person, as well as opening a "mother of all law suits" from this person in the picture against you as well as against CanadianGunNutz.

We should all be responsible gun owner, respecting all canadian laws.

You are harming the image of law arbiding canadian gun owners, by posting this picture of this gentleman, in these otherwise fine page, and falsely claiming he is a criminal.

Ignore snowhunter. First of all he's wrong. Secondly he's baiting to get this thread closed either because he has some abiding resentment toward people who own land or because that picture looks a little too familiar.

Good on ya, beefman. Caught the bastard dead to rights. Definitely take that picture into the OPP. They will be interested. :)
