To johnone, an open comment:
Thank you for having the balls to be realistic, to tell the "entitlement b!tches" to go F themselves, and for trying even though customers wouldn't try back. I know there have been many complaints, and I have read many of them: it is not the number or the severity that matters when you tried so hard and got no help in return. There have been so many id!ots who, when asked for order numbers so you could help them, would suddenly turn their back.
I know too, that a few times you f'd up too: that is ok. I was there for one: but I didn't blame you or stop buying from you. Where a few will not forgive you, will only look at the number of those that b!tched like p#ssies, there are many that will realize humans are only people that can't be perfect and have the integrity to forgive. We assume that when a supplier does make a mistake to the customer that gives them the right to f them over... too bad. That is the way life is some times: you take more than it is worth for the smallest mistake.
More importantly, thank you for not closing threads just because d!cks like me wanted to speak our mind and not have a mod censor our freedom to speak our mind: we know you've paid for it.
If you leave, so be it: but thank you anyways. I have dealt with you, even talked to you once on the phone. We have had a mediocre and unremarkable relationship: that is what it is, so I nether dislike or like you (let me make that clear).
Regardless, this is Canada: the country of the polite (suppossed to be: sometimes you don't see it on CGN)... so Thank You, Good Luck and if you are leaving: F'Off with dignity.
