John Woo'ing

There are no Liberals out West, I've never seen one in person except on TV, they all seem to be in the East.

Anyways, I would hate to hear about an un-necessary accident or mishap at the range somewhere in Canada because of Woo'ing. That's the only reason for my posts.

What about the bag on the left next to the two clowns?

Isn't there a class type in "Cowboy Action Shooting" that you use a pistol in each hand ,at the same time?

Really? I have been told that doing that is stupid and dangerous and anyone who does it is an idiot, though I still haven't been told why. I've also been told that because I've done it that I should surrender my firearms license. Seems funny that this stupid and dangerous act is perfomed at shooting events, doesn't it?

Sheeeesh...

Coyote, are you a firearms instructor? cop? range officer? internetr safety police?

Who cares, that's all I am going to say.

Go to the range, have eye and hearing protection and let 'er rip. Have fun, you know.

No need to sh*t on this thread. My god. I mean come on....

Anyhow, Wooing as I guess it will now be known  is fun and actually doable with two ruger mk2's. I tried it with my G35 in one and a G22 in the other..

It was ok. I don't mind recoil so much.

I would like someone try to pull the matrix thing though.... two m16 on full auto.... gotta love the movies.

Cheers,

Alex

How about answering the question about:

(1) Woo'ing while doing
your Restricted Firearms Test with 2 pistols
and declining to the instructor with just one pistol
because the Woo" method is better in your mind
and opinion.

and:

(2) Woo'ing at the range for the local police detachment,
and giving them a demonstration of the Woo'.

There seems to be alot of mouth pieces here, but avoiding my questions. :D

Now don't be anal retentive, just step up to the keyboard and start spewing the word.

Are kidding? I have repeatedly asked you a question, and you continue to dodge it. The only reason for this that I can see is that you don't have a good answer.

As to your questions, hear are my thoughts.
Would you advise someone doing their Restricted Firearms Test to do the Woo' when demonstrating to the Instructor the proper stance and holding the Firearm?

No I would not. I, nor anyone else here said that a pistol in each hand is the proper way to shoot, so this would not be the way to demonstrate a proper stance.

2) Woo'ing at the range for the local police detachment,
and giving them a demonstration of the Woo'.

As for this one, what are they going to do? So what, I wasted my ammuniton, is that now a crime?

There seems to be alot of mouth pieces here

You are the only one here who was resorted to personal attacks, so the only mouth piece here is you.

Now don't be anal retentive, just step up to the keyboard and start spewing the word.

Now take your own advice and answer my repeatedly asked question.

Hey Ugly Coyote, time to go to bed and stay quiet.
All this hijacking is doing nothing positve to the original question.
I agree, Wooing is not "safest" firearms practice, but it sure as hell is legal, range approved and not to mension can be done safely by someone with something between their ears.
All of you with nothing positive to add should stop.
All of you who actually have something to contribute, SHOULD!!!

This entire thread has turned into something very stupid. Coyote Ugly, your point is taken, but you are quickly becoming an asshat of paramount proportions. The above statement only supports this view.

I have a drivers licence and have raced cars semi professionally, if for some reason, I had to take my road test again, should I show the instructor how my method of reversing direction or my line through a turn is so much better than his PC version? Probably not, if I wanna continue to drive legally.

"Wooing" as you call it, is kinda fun, and I fail to see how I am going to hurt myself or anyone else? I have a pair of S&W 686s that I "Woo" with occasionally, and I like it! Muzzle control is the prime concern of EVERYONE on this board. If you are limp wristed and cannot control a pistol in each hand, well, that is your problem! If you are a static shooter, and have never done any "run and gun" that too, is your problem. If I can neutralize 8-10 targets sub 15m with 12 shots, with a gun in each hand, well that makes me feel pretty good! Take your views to Wendy, she will listen.

RANT OFF

You go give Wendy a big kiss now. I hear she likes go cart racers.

Maybe Woo'ing will catch on with the Hunting community, cuz it's kinda fun. Duck Hunting with 2 shotguns, one in each hand. Deer Hunting with 2 Savage 99's. Imagine that...the Double Woo. I doubt it. :D

IBTL,

I think that both of you kids should stop the cyber argument and get back onto your chatrooms to talk about action figures and new new Agent Cody Banks movie.
