Kel Tec sub 2000

Love mine so far, had a few stove pipes in the first 100 rounds but after that its run like a top.

I picked up the rail mount and threw on a low-pro pistol laser so I'm not as tacticool as some of the ones here...

As for the asbestos signage, I like it. When I walk from my house to my car to go out, I don't usually want all my neighbours to see me in my front yard with a gun. Most police that you ask will prefer that you don't make it obvious what you're carrying for the sheer fact that stupid people scare easy and "OH NO!!!! HE'S GOT A GUN!!!!" even if you're well within your right.

I think the S2K is picky about ammo.

I ran about 200 of my own reloads through one, and it consistently FTE'd in a really bad way on the last round in the mag - the case would fail to eject and the bolt would drive the casing lip into the plastic feed ramp. Very bad mojo.

Anyone else had this problem?

Love my Sub 2000. And as for Clobbersauras classification, i'd place my self in the first category, but i just couldnt resist to do the mods on it :)

Wasn’t to sure about the quality but it sounds like there holding up good.
Was thinking it may be good for taking in the truck or backpack when going into the backcountry.

From anyone’s experience do people tend to freak when the see a gun of that particular nature? Guess what im asking is should it be kept as a range gun or is it good for more?

Everyone that has seen mine thinks its cool and wants to try it out. Except the CO that saw me hunting with it and stopped me for having a "machine gun" That encounter lasted about 5 minutes and I was on my way. So yeah, people arent afraid of them at all from my experience

Still waiting for them to be in stock, but can anyone tell me the length, width, and thickness of the rifle when folded? I'd like to get a pelican case for it that can hold the rifle, a few mags and maybe a box or two of ammo.
