My inside man at the most 1337'st uber tacticool gear MFG this side of the Mason Dixon line told me about this awhile ago. Boy I remember when we were saying "That slow boat from China better hurry the #### up with my CNC machines"

Anyways, KPA should be producing some top notch stuff. I know there has been lots of stuff purchased to be measured by the laser caliper machine so that it can be reverse engineered for us Canuks.

I would be very interested to know what machines they bought.

I for one am happy to another Canadian company moving into this arena. I'll refrain from "Iwant Iwant Iwant" with part requests, but I will say that if I can buy a Canadian made part from a Canadian source, I will.

You've got my support!

x2 This is great news. I wish them well.

No one said I was telling you guys anything you couldn't find out on your own.

What the owners wanted was for a third party that isn't a complete nobody, such as myself, to say that he has seen the shop and machines. This way people will know that this is really happening and not just a bunch of talk.

Got that bit, but I was more interested in the brand.
Prodis. They look like fine units. These pictures are old, the machines have since been unpacked and set up.

I believe I over heard talk of a new wire EDM on the way with 12" capacity.
