I promise I am not trying to start a conflict, in fact I normally stay as far away from controversy as I can, but these LAR mags have really grabbed by attention. I am just trying to get both sides from those who know the most on this topic, namely the two dealers who have made an effort to bring a 10/30 LAR15 mag to market. I wish them both sucess in all that they do. From post #33 it should be clear that I am eager to see this product on the market
And I don't mean to put words in someone's mouth; indeed Mark did not directly say that he "thinks" anything, but honestly, if you can read the following and then tell me the author does not think CanAm's mags are prohibited - you will make a great politician some day
"According to the last communication we had with RCMP/CFC on that topic the 30/10 magazines were classified as "prohibited devices". I hope that CanAm actually got them approved but until someone can show some written confirmation of that from RCMP Tables Section then all I can do is believe what was sent to us by the RCMP in their written classification of our LAR15 10 round magazines, wherein they said that no other design was approved"
