Here is a Moose I got 2 days ago an 1.5 south of Fort Mac in a LEH zone. Got him with my Marlin GBL 45-70 from 95 yrd in the trees after calling him in. Not bad for my first one. Thanks to mrblue for the help.

My good fortune
Good year for me got this nice bull in October 51" spread in the Chilcotins then 2 weeks later nice little 3X4 Cariboo muley buck.

After reading your book and being in aviation myself I know you must have flown over this one. If not the picture would have been with him on the ground. I remember one pilot I was with years ago who dive bombed a grizzly bear in a plane. Now it was not what you think, we were a safe distance above the bear and the ground for the both of us. It was funny at the time as the bear got on his hind legs and swatted at us as if he could get us and we were a few hundred feet off the ground over the tundra and not really dive bombing him, it was more of a flyby.
