Man you killed that Beretta! I love my AL 391! too each his own haha
It was a spare barrel that was NFG, got bored and cut it down. I would never do that to a good one.

The mag tube has since been sold as it was pluged with epoxy and usless to make the firearm compliance within the law, this is how it looks now with the standard mag tube, I think that installing the rail and sights make the whole 930 more practical and now would call it a true Home Defence shotgun.
When I had this done I searched everywhere in Canada for a SPX 930 and could not find one so went ahead with this rendition of it. The firearms name is Chopper!
^^^ Nice set up , You should have a look at GG&G foreward sling loop for the 500 and maybe a magpul QD socket for your SGA , something like this.lol
I was looking at getting the magpul forward sling mount, but i decided to hold off for now. What is the advantage of the QD socket over the SGA sling adapter?
Well , these are just my thoughts on this and YMMV , On a 20" barreled shotgun with a full length mag tube I'd run a magpul barrel clamp and I do on a 20" 590 , on a 18.5" like yours and mine, I like to keep it a little cleaner and stream lined , so a sling plate under the mag cap / screw.
And about the QD sling point over the receiver sling mount, I like to have my rear sling points as far back as I can , again , it's just me, it's cleaner , doesn't get in the way , and that's from using a receiver sling plate on a normal stock and shooting off handed ,it sits right about where I want to put hand , however, it's looks like it wouldn't be a problem with the SGA stock though.
And get the magpul MS1 sling and what ever hardware to run it like you want ,it's a very flexable system.

Hows that angled grip work ? Where did you get rails for bottom of forend?
I'm a firm believer in the K.I.S.S way of doing things. This is 1951 produced 870 Wingmaster with a late 70's 20" rifle sight barrel and 3 shot mag tube extension. The original stock was replaced with a non-checkered Trap version so I can get proper check weld and a longer LOP for consistent sight alignment everytime the gun is shouldered. The buttpad corners have been radiused so they don't grab any clothing. The trigger has been upgraded with a Timney trigger kit.
