VZ 58 with burnt bronze ceracoat , B.C. Tactical forend , Fab Defense grip , M.F.T. Minimalist stock , Inforce wml momentary only and Bushnell trs-25. I'll be putting my aimpoint micro H1 on there as soon as I pick up another optic for my Tavor.

Nice cobra stitch on the folder!! Practice a while on that? And where did you get that but pad from? I've been looking for one like that for mine and don't like those huge ak/sks ones that have the cheap looking Velcro strap

Thanks, the cobra stitch is easy once you get the hang of it, I just made sure to pull it very tight. Its not really a but pad, I just put a bit of hockey tape on the face and wrapped a smaller piece around the edge so it wont scratch the receiver when I fold it.

oh god why do i look at these threads. im already poor with 8 guns in 5 months and i cant stand to fall in love with another. especially one with such a dangerous past as this one. id hate to get one and the rcmp break us up.

Can't find that stuff anymore, Corwin Arms sold it for a while and now the supply is gone. Bought surplus wood on the EE for $75 and I think it was the Corwin Arms stuff. First guy who contacted me wanted double that... Ironwood Designs charges $175 US, but their stuff is even nicer. You can even specify the kind of wood used, at a higher cost.

Not that easy to find, but it's around on the EE.

Dlask Arms has a few wood pieces like the buttstock and the lower handguard. Don't see any full kits anywhere.

My VZ58 is more fun now that it has wood, not sure why - but it is!
