If its a leupold knockoff why does it have Tasco written on the front bell?

I decided to try one of these, just for the heck of it for the price... I find that bottomed out, I cannot zero the crosshairs on target at 100 yds.... it is way high and I can't dial down any further. Is there a way to adjust the reticle crosshairs to zero at 100?

If your scope is bottoming out at 100 yds (can't adjust it to hit lower on the target) then you neen to place thin shims under the front base to raise up the front of your scope.
