Id love to see Wanstalls confirm the email, document etc that shows M+M giving them the pre-order price. Really is the only thing that could change my mind.

Seems clear as mud to me.
Even someone who's read 1/100th of these posts in these M+M threads (me) can probably come to the conclusion that there was no "document".
Sounded to me like there was perhaps verbal agreement, which in fairness, for smallish companies who have relationships, could be enough to
get the ball rolling until the ink was laid.
We're not talking about 2 large corporations who generally cannot move forward without legal docs and agreement in place no matter what, so I
see Wanstall's position, and it appears M+M is falling back on the latter, which of course is in their benefit in this particular case.
It's not up to Wanstalls or M+M to change anyone's mind, the deal is done and at this point, all you can do is focus on the future cuz nothing
appears to be changing in the short term......onward and upward.
