Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a new M&P 9 Pro, and took it to the range over the weekend. After sliding in a fully loaded magazine, I'd rack the slide, and noticed a couple of times that the slide didn't fully return to it's neutral or normal position. The slide was still "back" slightly by about .75 of a centimeter. Simply pushing on the back of the slide caused it to move forward back into it's "normal" or closed position. I did clean, and lube the gun before this first firing, and with an empty magazine I'm unable to replicate the problem.
Any ideas why this would be, or what could be the issue here?
Thanks everyone,
Cal.
