M14s in 7.62x39 coming to Canada?

Labour in China isn't cheap anymore, ever since that incident where people were jumping off the Foxxcon building, things changed. They give mandatory weekends off, and people are making about 200 Yuan a day over there, which is like 40 bucks.

The average car was about 3 grand, houses were maybe 20 grand, and a mortgage was paid off in 10-15 years, not 25-35 back in them days (early 70's)

what's this early 70's stuff?

In the las 60's one could buy sporterized 303 rifles for 29.00 at simpson sears.
In the 90's and all the way to almost 2000..... one could buy sks -d rifles for under 149.00 ..... fact
I bought the pallet of 99.00 SKS-d in 1997 , the ammo was just as cheap LOL

19.95 for the Lee Enfield I bought for my Dad for his birthday from Sears, rifle came in a plastic bad filled with grease

Shot mine today and I am impressed!
The good
-3.5 inch group at 100m from the bench
-zero FTF or FTE (ran smoothly 60 rounds) surplus Chinese and reloads
-light recoil
-rapid fires fine
-zero functionality problems (ran like a top)

The bad
-painted hand guard
-sights were way off LoL
-flings brass far LoL
-needed to shim the gas system 10 thousands of an inch

I'll see if I can post a picture of my target

Would these fit in a aftermarket stock like a BF, Sage or even a regular Chinese stock I ask because me and a good friend turned his old shot out 22" 305 into this gun with a chamber sleeve and some work on the bolt (never really got it to eject reliably tho) and it fed reasonably well from the original mags and you can fit 7 in the 5rd mags we found that the a1a mags don't work to well as the spring pressure is too great and the aa700 mags just wont hold the round. just asking because it would save a ton of money on mags (if you already have a 305)

I seeneed one of these today at eagle shooting supplies.
They modified the stock liner to adapt the AK magazine to fit properly. The barrel is completely new and not modified. The bolt stop has been modified for reasons that elude me. Other than that it's a regular M305 and all the typical Nork quality is present there.
No ping but I do like the new front flash hider. A2 but no ping. Don't know if I put down for the price that they are asking. Hell another $900 more you got an xcr.
Just my opinion and you all know what they say about that.

No but a boyds stock would work. As without the liner it won't hold the mag.
Also the liner has been welded in to the original one so who knows how long it will hold for.
Uncle Mao's Q.C. hasn't been his strong point lol.

There is a YouTube video for these now by that former site sponsor that nobody likes to name. Obviously, it's not a review of any kind, but you can see it being fired, etc. Also, apparently, Yugo AK mags work for the bolt hold open? I don't know anything about AK mags, so I'm not sure what is different about Yugo mags.

It's the follower. What wasn't shown is how the bolt locks open, but it makes it harder to remove the mag and the bolt slams forward when you do. At least on an AK.

Isn't there supposed to be a 5.56 version eventually too? Or was that just rumour?

OK.... Enough is Enough..... Why would you ever want a full size 5.56 M14? Just get a Mini-14 and be done with it. It has the same action.

7.62X39 seems silly enough. Maybe cheap to shoot? Still kind of lame. Can you ring the 300 and 400 meter gong with that stuff?

M
