Airsoft rifles are bolted together...
Thanks for the pics. Would have been nice to have them slide together and have a cross bar slide through like a normal front bar on an AR15

As opposed to pins? Also know as bolts without threads.
I wouldn’t know lol, I only had the spring ones when I was a teenager.
For this application I’d take a captured pin over a bolt.
You realize that bolt is not load bearing? Snug is all that's needed, much like the action bolt on many other rifles.

I just find it weird thats all, but the fanboys get all butthurt. Heck im still thinking of picking one up after my MVs build. What the 102 thought me was never again be a beta tester. So Ill wait until they have all the bugs fixed.
It's a cool design. When it's together there's ZERO play. I keep the two allen keys needed in a piece of foam up inside my magpul grip. The SLR isn't a battle rifle, it doesn't need crappy sloppy pins. Because there are no pins the parts count compared to an AR is lower and assembly much easier and quicker.
Fot the price ZERO play is expected. Stag10 has Zero Play. And im willing to bet my MVs set will be the same even tho it has zero bearing on accuracy in an AR type platform.
Well the only AR that ive personally seen with sloppy pins was the 102. So I dont really get the reference please enlight me !
Now thats funny. Didn't think installing 2 takedown pins was hard or actually took more than 30 seconds. Looks like the same ammount of time it will take to install that trigger box and those screws.

It fills a niche in the market. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Move on.
If you wanted something different, design it, make it and market it. Then you'll have what ya want.

All I said was I didnt expect to see a screw, and then the fanboys had to chime in trying to defend their purchase... its quite funny...lol...
