Edit: also in regard to the horus scope, I have to say I was sold on the reticle after seeing the video. I originally thought it was way too much information crowding the scopes field of view, but can see the validity of it and quick follow up shots based on seeing hit placement. I don't think I would have believed it if I hadn't seen it in action.
What they are doing with it is the common way of using any FFP scope with a tactical reticle. And to get the same functionality, you don't need a grid that is as dense as the Horus. The Premier Gen2 XR, or similar reticles that Vortex, Bushnell and others are now offering will do the same job.
