type 97 is ugly alright. That type 88 looks good though because its non-restricted and it doesn't have carry handle on top. About looks - there is an old belief among pilots for example, planes that look ugly don't fly very well. This type 03 looks good though and honestly I wouldn( mind trying 5.8 caliber. IF we have evil 762x39 why can't we have 5.8? It is always good business - sell rifle for 800$ and over time another 5000$ worth of ammo.

So we've essentially gone from no bullpups coming in under the assumption that they are all banned. Then one higher quality, high price bullpup. Now a totally affordable design good enough for the largest army in the world and we get........."fugly." How about being glad for the reintroduction of a bullpup that breathes "FU Lib scuz, we're still here and fighting"? What are you doing for the Canadian shooting public? My guess?
Perhaps bland generic rifle would be a better description. If I was going to design a "no name" brand rifle, that would be it. As for knock off, sorry I guess I jumped the gun on that one. Although the chinese are pretty much infamous for their knock off products. I've seen some not bad Rolox watches

Didn't the "largest army in the world" drop the bullpup in question for the gun we are getting excited about in this thread?? You guys have at the bullpup. Just because I choose not to buy one does not mean I am doing nothing to support shooting in Canada.
