Yes I let someone else shoot it. Exactly the same jam as before. And still not allowed heavy loads or more than one in the tube at the club lol.
I've basically given up on this thing. I'll be getting an overunder very soon. And I may be switching to Beretta lol. It just sucks cuz when its working this gun fits me perfectly.
Return the gun for a full in store credit. Don't waste anymore of your time, you should have done this in the first place....replacement or credit.
Would a store really do that?? Most step aside and let you deal with the manufacturer which is going on here even if it goes back and forth many many times. Nothing I can see in any warranty docs for replacement or credit from Browning.

What were you running for shells .Well #####
Went to the range today and put 175 rounds through it, and it jammed 10+ times. Not very impressed right now!
I know of at least 6 other people who have a Maxus of one version or other and all love the gun .now a couple of the guys that got the 3.5" version had a few hiccups with the gun when it was new using target loads .but with use the gun smoothed out I attribute this to the longer travel of the bolt and perhaps stiffer springs to compensate for the heavy 3.5" recoil .More like a diamond in the rough to those that can fix their own. Not like it is a new design that has to be proven. It has been out a few years now and other than some bad piston springs at first there has not been a lot of problems with them.
