Meeting place for Newbies and Mentors - BC

I am in Langley, how would you rate the Langley range? Is it worth joining? I am new to shooting, my kids absolutely love it.
too broad of a question. it all depends on what you are shooting and how often you are going to do this.
Langley range is a business. you can walk in with empty hands, get some firearms and ammo from them and have fun!
You can also bring your firearms and ammo and have fun as well.

Depending on what firearms and how often you are gong to shoot, Langley Range may or may not be a good option for you. I don't remember what their range distance, but it's not big. 30yd? maybe. definitely not more than 50yd. So personally for me, shooting precision rimfire rifles, that is not big enough distance. But can be more than enough if you are shooting a shotgun, for example. People are nice at this place.

I have heard it also has a walkable bow course, has anyone used it and is it good?

Any newbie women's groups in the Mission /Maple Ridge area?
Please check out Mission Rod and Gun. The women who pretty much run the place are exceptional. Give them a call and just ask what you want to learn about or are interested in participating in. Cheers
