The SS guide is mine , I carry it in my hand for eight to twelve hours a day for many days in a row , sleeping out for not less than fifty nights a year , scrambling through a variety of terrains at beween six and ten thousand feet in elavation . Believe me , removing a pound and a half from my "hand carry" saves as much as twenty two and a half tons of lifting in a thirty thousand step day . It shoots great with a lot more recoil , but then I sleep in the rough too, it'll take any load that would leave a reusable brass ,that is "appropriate content " . It's a tool . Thank you all for your reactions .
