My 22 shoots 1/2" groups at 50 yards/meters all day! Really? Prove it!

Another entry after some attempts.

Rifle: Anschutz Modelle 64 Silhouette
Scope: Arken EP5 5-25X
Rest: Sand bag front, Protektor solid base rear bag.
Ammo: Eley Tenex
Distance: 50 yards

There are a few groups being difficult to see the impacts so close ups are attached to show the hit registrations. I have difficulties in judging where the double hits were on one target, and I marked the possible double hits in blue and red. I think it is the blue one - please share your opinions!

Group 1: 0.497" - 0.22" = 0.277" - Best
Group 2: 0.591" - 0.22" = 0.371" - with the hard to tell hits
Group 3: 0.635" - 0.22" = 0.415"
Group 4: 0.697" - 0.22" = 0.477" - Worst
Group 5: 0.646" - 0.22" = 0.426"

Average of all groups: 0.393"

100% by the rules. Its not the best, but enough for a win, and puts another Anschutz 64 Silhouette on the list.

I can't get the rifle to rotate the right way. This was my first attempt and I was pretty happy the MTR seemed to be capable. I'm still learning...

Recently started shooting with a bipod and rear bag, this rifle is too heavy for my elbows and sling!

Wow! Another 0.25" group! Now I have to work hard to get one group like that.

And glad to see another Annie 64 S in the list too! Okayshooter shoots very Okay!

You are correct sir, should have used the calculator! Had lots of fun doing it. It is quite a challenge. Now for the ¼ inch! Is that an average of ¼ inch or all 5 targets at ¼ inch?

Thanks Tony, I made an attempt in July last year, shot 5 under 1/2" ( .365" avg ) but failed a technically, but not fail to prove. But honestly the #### I got after from people that never even tried or close to making it, made me say f**k it and not want to try again. People have no idea what people go thru before making nasty comments.. The morning of the attempt I was informed my step father brother died, my best friend was dying ( my support dog ) I was 38 with Kidney Cancer.

Wasn't till I seen yours I decided to try and first attempt. I've actually was considering buying your Annie to replace the red stock. But was informed the the guy that I bought the rifle from is dying of cancer, was told to enjoy the life he got left. Everybody that owed it had got cancer, including me. So keeping it as a memory.
