My 22 shoots 1/2" groups at 50 yards/meters all day! Really? Prove it!

That bloody SUHL can sure shoot if I do my part and the wind stays away!!

I have several 5-shot groups at 50M that are under .100", but this .076" group is the best I have ever done.
However, I did shoot a 10-shot, .090" group a year ago with it.

At the time I was shooting that group, the wind was non-existent, so that sure helps.
Wish I had an inside range like Jason Yuke has, lol.

I won a local IR 50/50 match with the 40X, breaking our club record, so it is no slouch, either.

The 541's need no introduction...they just plain shoot for sporters.

Just for S&G, I shot a set of targets with Lapua Speed Ace, a high velocity round, in my 541T
Except for 1 target, all the groups were under ½" at 50 meters. Pretty impressive for HV stuff!!
Anyway, sure is great to just get out and shoot.

I have 2 more possible candidates for this challenge.
One is my CZ 452 American, which shoots very well with Lapua Super Club.
The other is a Mossberg 144LSB, a Heavy barrelled Mossy from the golden era.
But it will have to wait for a few days...very busy at present.
Regards, Eagleye.

Tried this a couple of days ago with a 40x and failed. There was a strong wind which didn't help.

I will give this another try, maybe this weekend. Would like to try it with less wind and also would like to try it shooting of a rest rather than bi-bod.

I get superb accuracy with CCI Green Tag out of my Savage FVHB... JP.

Salute caramel. Have you tried rws ammo in your savage? My btvs didn't seem to like it at all. I went through half a box then put it aside. Best I've tried so far is CCI standard velocity. I'll try some green tag if I can find some.

I have a match barrel I can do half at 100 all day I just got to make sure it likes the ammo I'm shooting as some will be 1 moa or worse. The real question is can I do what the firearm can do is the real question That makes it an interesting test..

Great shooting Jay---- Canada Post says the Annie 1710 I ordered is waiting at the PO....Now, if Air Canada flight loads shift in my favor, I'll have it on paper by mid-week.
