My magpul orders from brownells got put on hold

Once again,false information.It's a registered company so it will ship. Brownells is where I got my LPK a year ago. Follow the rules and all will be well.

and then an IIC from DFAIT.
I'm new to import/export of this sort of matter, and it is a bit intimidating. I have no Idea what letterhead they require or what an end-user is...etc.

International Import Certificates There ain't nothing to it but to do it.

5)Aerosol cans will not ship.

6) If you want to order $400 worth of stuff, split it into numerous smaller orders, Brownells will not limit the number of orders you place at the same time, my record was 5 at once, feel free to order more than that, they don't care since you aren't breaking any laws.

If you follow these rules it should be simple to get most things you want, boviously bigger items will have to be purchased on this side of the border, or get a DSP-83 form from Sandy at Brownells and order over the $100 limit if you really want to.

I understand that it can be up to $99.99 before shipping but is that also before taxes or do the taxes need to be included in the <$100?
 
I have bought firearms kits from Brownells recently that come to $99 bucks, all in. No issues shipped to the West. Took 2 weeks to get my LPK at 50% of the price available up here.
 
This is just to update all, that one of my orders came thru, and I fully expect the other to as well. for an 86USD order, I payed 15cdn customs at the post office. And that was for an MOE stock, grip, and a 5 pack of washers... Plus the shipping, not so sure if that is exactly a great deal...but...for the experience.

The $99.99 is total, not including shipping, Brownells will not charge you tax, You will however sometimes get charged for duty, gst/pst at the post office.
 
Well Fellas, just so you know that came from the mouth of one of the sales agents, and I've been denied on things like flash hiders, tac latches, charging handles etc. So obviously there is some inconsistencies on order processing. Ive spent #### loads of money at Brownell's so I'm no noob there, they have me set up as a dealer aswell so I get smoking deals... I guess next time i need an LPK i'll give them a shot...
