My New Norc M4 meets Mr. Cutoff Wheel

You can't co-witness anything with a 4x (and up) scope, the focal length of the objective won't let the front sight be anything more than a shadow. If you're using a 4x, you'll need to run off set sights, there are mounts available, but they'll require a rail. The easy way to mount a full rail is to cut the FSB down to just a gas block, and install a rail over it. This takes about 30 minutes if you're really careful, and gives you a rail out to the muzzle. In short, there's no way to see the front sight with a high magnification scope.
thanks for above. really appreciate it. Would you please guide me if i zero my rifle with that scope at 200 meters , would the front sight post be having any negative effect over the accuracy . regards

Nope; the focus at 4x (and higher) is far enough that your front sight will almost or completely disappear, usually only a slightly darker shaded area at the bottom of the scope will remain, if anything.
