My rifle shoots 1/2" groups @100 yards all day! Really? Prove it.

Doesn't really meet the challenge standards but is pretty good none the less.
This was my seating depth test for my PGW Coyote in 6 Competition Match shooting 105 hybrids at about 3150fps
Top left group was the first and really the only one that wasn't around 1/2 moa. Ended up going with the seating depth with the dimes for comparison.

The I was doing some fireforming of cases. The 6 Comp Match requires a .243 to be fired in the 6Comp match chamber. Its easy and it STILL shoots VERY well. This is a 25 rd group and yes its 24 good shots and one unmentionable lolol. ;)

Great groups!!! Do you find load development better compared to the 243?

Ive loved my 243 and 243AI

Tried getting out to give this a go on Sunday... I think it's still a little too wet in the fields for target shooting. They should be dry enough to not lose my shoes Soon™ lol

Well lads… This is at 100m, Ruger American Hunter 6.5 Creedmoor, Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24x (pure #### lol), hand loads Hornady 130gr ELD-M. Yes… prone in the grass, front Magpul Bipod, rear resting on my backpack with a microfibre towel.

I can’t believe I just did my two best groups ever on that ####ty set up in that ####ty position hahaha

Great shooting but measuring from outside of bullet smudge to outside less your bullets diameter is much easier and much more accurate.

No worries, I try every once in a while to improve on it but so far I’ve been unsuccessful. I’m loading for that rifle now and I’m going to try again later in the week. Maybe I’ll post the target however it turns out.

Still cant seem to improve on my first attempt. Might need to look at getting a proper annealer. Brass is 4-5 firings now.

I genuinely let his rifle down, chasing shots, not waiting properly, and it still shoots like a lazer.

Hey Underthegun, just want to point out that I have the smallest group, and smallest average and I’m not even on the list.
Well it’s just the internet and not that important in the ogrand scheme of things. You know what you can do, and thats what really matters. On the other hand, who doesn’t like a little attaboy once in awhile?

I can relate though. I’m not on the list either. I came home from the range one day with a load work up targetI with 9 groups with 2 different bullets and 2 different powders so like
9 different loads and they were all under 1/2” at 100
Meters. OK I used a custom F Class rifle and thats almost like cheating, and whi knows, maybe here was some rule or qualifier in a challenge that I didn’t even know I was in. However, I did get a few of what I felt were heart felt and sincere attaboys. Sometimes you hotta take what you can get.
Qnyway, attaboy sir. Good shooting😃
