NEA AR15 Stripped Lowers, $64.95! WOW!

I just checked the tracking# and my lower has not left the post office in Hartington. It was dropped off at the post office on Monday ????

Call Canada Post and ask them to do a search.. put the ball in their court.

I had a situation were a firearm I purchased stopped moving… after a week of inactivity I gave them a kick in the A**… then they found the package.

Their tracking is hit and miss. I got a package on Tuesday and the tracking info still says it'll be here in 6 more days.

My lower showed up today, and I must say that I am not impressed.

It was shipped without a trigger lock on it, and I don't have an extra. Now I'm scared that it will get up in the middle of the nigh and shoot everyone in the house. I don't even want to know how many people it shot on its way here from sfrc.

In all seriousness, mine looks great. A couple of weird dark spots that look like oil stains, or maybe left over tape residue... But other then that it's a nice clean lower. Thanks a lot!

my pair got out and had a knife fight, killed the 'Z' mark 1 I already had...

Got the lower today, here it is on a original Norc CQ-311. I call it the NEA-CHICOM-15. The rear takedown pin was a little tight closing but a few light taps with the hammer and she went in. Will fire a few rounds out of her tomorrow which should loosen things up a bit. Thanks Ryan for the great deal and a great lower. Just wish I had some Alumi-hyde in Parkerizing grey left so I could do the Norc upper.

And so it begins...

Couple of tip/tricks here.

The BCM Mod 1 Grip doesn't snug up tight to the receiver, better to go with a Mod 0 if your using a BCM. Yes BCMs' FDE doesn't match Magpuls' FDE, but it's close enough for a cheap backup-to-a-backup Lower build.

If you notice in the second pic, the Lower is a darker Grey. When I was cleaning the Lower from the Color fill I added, I didn't have any Rem Oil like in some of the youtube vids suggest, so I used Hoppes #9 instead and I'm happier with the darker outcome.

Next up, RRA LPK, Phase 5 EBR, BAD A.S.S. Ambi & KNS Anti-Rotation Pins. Then registering as a complete Lower

Do you need to update the registration information when you complete them?

was wondering that myself? Guess need to follow up with CFP after it is complete?
clearly calls it stripped lower on reg card

Once you add in the LPK, Buffer Tube, Stock and Grip it becomes a functioning firearm in the CFO/CFPs' eyes and needs to be up dated to a complete Lower only.

If you add in a complete Upper (Barrel, BCG etc) it needs to be registered a complete firearm. They'll ask you the Serial #, Caliber of Lower and Barrel length.

On both accounts you will receive an updated registry card

It is considered a firearm even if it is not complete. I would call the CFO and get your registration certificate sorted out.

Built mine up and the only problem is the bolt catch roll pin hole is big enough that the roll pin just slid right in with finger pressure. I put blue locktite on the bugger

The fit to my 7" upper is very tight. No wobble.

I'm also wondering why these ones have the hole for the takedown detent in the bottom instead of coming out the back?

You either have to cut the spring some or drill a hole in your grip to accommodate it.

Mine went sideways and got crushed a bit...

Funny thing is my NEA 300AAC has it in the proper location. How was your bolt catch pin?
