Deagle has a gun that was made in early 2013. If you recall some NEA's had boots that were breaking as well as forward assists that were breaking. I would assume some were over heat treated. This is what caused NEA to start making bolts and some other items they didn't make to being made in house.
The burst firing issue is more than likely caused by the fact that his gas block loosened up...it is slightly forward which would cause short striking, bursts and jams...especially in a 7.5" gun.
Deagles gun has been sent back to us and everything is being taken care of.
Often NEA sends out replacement parts if an older gun breaks. If you don't feel comfortable installing these parts or don't have the tools, there is always the option to send it to the factory for them to fix.
Almost (not all but almost all) the problems that come up still are with guns made the first few years.
