Unless a web-forum was going to front the R&D costs. However, I'd bet 68 billion dollars that that's not going to happen either.
I do love the idea of combining their swiss lower with a 180B-esque type upper. Doing so would probably eliminate any patent type issues, and would certainly set the stage for a solid non-restricted classification.
The 180B upper would have to physically be different for connecting to a swiss lower, but could be designed to use 180B internals. It would all come down to the trigger mechanism I guess in making the upper/lower compatible.
