Why is NEA seemingly scorned on CGN?
People have nothing better to but hold grudges and complain frequently and often like their opinion matters.

The avatar doesn't seem relavent anymore.
Nothing to do with Coolaid. People need to move on.
Dudes......the FRT already lists the NEA25 as restricted due to "the firearm of the design commonly known as the m-16 rifle, and any variant of modified version of it". Unless NEA can suddenly change the opinions of the RCMP of what is considered a "variant" then the whole NR classification is nothing more than a pipe dream.
Is this what we are talking about?

The NEA25/AR102 is based on the AR-10 design which predates the AR-15/M-16 design and therefore cannot be a variant.
I doubt NEA would be hinting at NR status if they didn't think there was a possibility of it being classified NR.
FRT is restricted ! LoL.
Sorry dude but that exactly what the FRT states. I just looked at it. NEA is trying to dispute exactly what you claim and therfor change the opinion of the RCMP. At this time, the FRT lists the NEA25 as an AR15 variant. Since you sound so confident in your ability to prove me wrong, go check the FRT yourself.
I'm not so familiar with the FRT stuff, my question is, can NEA ask for a change in the status from FRT "R" to FRT "NR" if they can prove that it's not a variant?
Looks like right now it sits at FRT "R"

We have an frt for our Nea ar102. Waiting on the classification. We expect that in Jan. We are already starting to build inventory for orders based on the expectation of getting the nr status.
My understanding is that the "NEA25" got a R classification and they're resubmitting, with the necessary alterations, as the "AR102", the status of which will hopefully be known early in the new year.
