nemesis vs trg 22

Now to be clear I haven't shot the Nemesis and don't know anyone who has one but I don't think there are that many in circulation. On the other hand I have extensively used the TRG and the TRG is sure hard to beat. When comparing factory rifles to the TRG it is perhaps bettered by the PGW Coyote (mine is certainly the equal) which is more expensive or by the AI which is much more expensive but I would really want to do a lot of research into Nemesis before choosing it over the very, very popular TRG.

Better made rifle accuracy ( only 300 a year are hand made ) of the Nemesis is extraordinary, every details are perfect, lifetime support, the TRG-22 is very accurate .4 .5 maybe .3 in the best conditions, the Nemesis is a .1 .2 rifle( 1.35 group @ 500 metres and 5.5 @ 800 metres ) with a tailored load and a .3 to .5 with cheap federal blue box and dont forget it is a takedown, the trigger of the Nemesis have no comparable that i do know, and the most important thing is the capacity of the Vanquish of taking reloads a lot more hot than the TRG, now i dont build custom rifles so i cant talk for that part, one test i did shoot 3 rounds of 208 Match at 200 metres did undoo all the rifle even the scope change mag , put it back tougheter and shot the 2 remaining rounds and believe it or not this was a .150 group but it is 2000.00 more so you have to take that in account... Politely sir the day you will shoot one, it will just opened up clearly to you, myself is still amaze and surprised that a rifle of such great quality and out of this world accuracy can exist, my TRG-22 green and my black are queen safe know, i doubt i will ever shoot them again, my grandsons do take care of them, once in a while... JP.:)

Caramel: Though your Nemisis appears to be very accurate, it cannot hold a candle to the TRG22 as an all around rifle. The TRG22's reputation as a factory rifle is very well established with countless of satisfied owners. The Nemisis? Not so much.

You could buy almost (2) TRG22's for tfe price of the Nemisis, correct?

If I ever get the opportunity to do so I shall be sure to write a review. Whilst I am prepared to accept that it is a first class rifle, you must be a significantly better shot than I though as I am quite certain that, irrespective of ammunition choice, I could not replicate your reported results.

Less and less ,i reported my result as you know some asshat are hitting bad on me and i got kind of feed up but i will give you this one for the road, today i shoot at 300 metres 5 groups of 5 shots and the largest one was .550, it doesnt have to have a reputation, it is just was it is, i doubt i will find a better rifle ever but that only an old man experience and as much you want to ear the opposite, this rifle will prove it's value... Cheers. JP.

I find the sako trg in 20" barrel are very accurate, be very difficult to beat the Sako.
When comparing two rifle for accuracy is both of the rifle 20"? Because Nemesis come in 20" while sako come in 20" and 26".

Have both a 20 and a 26 and could never achieve .1 or ,2 even with te best load, took me less than 20 rounds of load devellopement to get in the .1 with the Nemesis, what can i say, this rifle is the achiever i waite all my life for, i wont hide from it... JP.

Having savage style free float bolt face does help Alot, I did talk to the one fellow at a California Gunshow couple of year ago, and his quit was $4000 and take 6 weeks to done up, don't think that was expensive since the sako folding stock cost me $2800.

Is there any change that you don't try hard enough to find an accurate load or maybe the sako trg dint like the bullet/powder combination?

I did a lot of load devellopement on my Sako's, and got pretty stellar results until and i though it was almost impossible to do better came along the Nemesis, same shooter, same carefull preparation, differents rifles, cant give more explanation, it just have it in it, shooter will understand me hopefuly...
