If he doesn't want to deal with you, fine And for the record no business can afford to have their machine down for five months. It is highly likely that VQ was lying to you about the machine. I would also bet money that VQ didn't send your money to wounded warriors either. Scott VQ sounds like a shiester to me. His products have a good reputation but I would never give him a dime of business.His customer service skills reveal exactly how much he cares about customers.

You bought nothing from Volquartsen, you bought it from rimfire sports

Volquartsen did not "steal" your money, They acted responsably and like adults. Maybe next time you should try it.

If it will make you feel better I will purchase and forward you a brand new bottle of loctite

I will probably be in trouble for this post but I hate when people like you show up in my office and thanks for making Canadians look stupid
