If you can’t see the humour in chastising someone for their spelling, WHILE misspelling... Well, then I’m not sure you should be allowed out without supervision.

I’m no saint. I splell stuff wrong all the time. But this was just too perfect :)
 
I think the main reason some people are against such vehicles in the hand of the police is that history has shown that sometimes they are used against citizens, when they have had enough from an out of control Government. It's hard for most to even think of such a thing because this is Canada, but a peaceful protest can be turned violent by people planted in the group ( Montibelo Quebec) to make it violent. Your voice can be silenced very quickly in a free country if their is no safe way to express it without fear of having military force used against you. This is just a thought because we all know this could never happen here. I agree totally that the police need such vehicles in some situation, but they can also be used in situation where they shouldn't be used.

Think maybe you dont realize the only thing that happened is that he actually realize when he makes a mistake, and then actually fix it? Nah, really wasnt so lol as you think. Funny would be someone preaching then not realizing they made a mistake. But then again, small things.

No rebuttal though just personal attacks while the majority of people in this thread have spoken up in support of many of my points....

Explain why you think the militarization of police is a good thing for the ordinary citizen.

I think I've made my position clear. Can you?

My ONLY position, it that you’ll be pink by week’s end if you don’t chill. Bridge-burning at this rate cannot be sustained.

I have offered no opinion on the militarization of police forces in this thread, nor will I, because that isn’t what the thread was about. If you care to start a thread on such a topic, please let me know, and I’ll pop in to express my views.

Good conversation and/or debate should be seized wherever you can find it IMO. Might as well keep the momentum of an established thread alive. If the vendor wants to shut it down I figured he would.

Already had a chat with some of the mods. Trying to keep it above the belt and somewhat logical.

That is fairly cool. The fuel mileage alone is bound to gather your own protest groups, to complete the image! High roller!
