Well I got my XRS on Friday and I dropped in an older (just shy of 5k rounds through it) .308 barrelled action that had been sitting in a Bravo and I have to say I quite like it.
I compared the 2 chassis before I put the action in the XRS and they're very close in weight. My Bravo (with the arca spigot and full length arca rail) weighed in at 3.75lbs and the XRS was the advertised 3.9lbs (I'm waiting on an arca rail for it which should add about 4oz). I prefer the feel and texture of the XRS but that's obviously highly subjective. One nice thing about the XRS is that the frond is longer than that of the Bravo and you therefore don't need to add a spigot to it. It also balances quite nicely.
50 more rounds of .308 to go and the whole rig is off to the gents at Insite to get turned into a bad-ass 7SAUM. I'll report back once I get it back and put some more time on it.
