New shipment of Chinese SKS

I had a real nice Chinese sks with no factory markings on it...regret getting rid of it. It was fairly accurate. Full of cosmolene when I got it from the last guy. Not sure if it was a commercial made one or what.

????? clearly the bickering has to do with russia, russian troll and putin which isnt even about guns.

enefgee aint wrong cos there are two methods on sks websites, weebly or yooper. yooper uses 56 cos thats is when the factory started so i use yoopers.

If you are adding the first two numbers from the serial number to the year of 1956 the production date will be one year off. Rifle with serial numbers starting with 23 million would be dated (while using this method) to year 1979, while in fact it was made in 1978.

yes, thats the other method.... honestly, it aint worth debating about. its one year off and nobody really know for sure.

howie bearse is a lead expert believes in 56+23=79 so im going with him.

$500 for the Chinese rifle when I paid $160 for it few years ago???
WHERE IS OUR Castro Trudeau taking us???
Like Cuba, soon we will be defenseless to any enemy of the state....

Just got one of these beauties to join my Tula 1950, thinking I need to get another one to leave new in box. My Type 56 was absolutely mint.

I just got a Chinese SKS from tenda. Mr Borescope says that it is unfired, and very smooth. If I didn't know better I would think I was looking at a SS match barrel and chamber. This doesn't guarantee it will shoot well.
