What about the tactical 308 version of the t 81 if it ever comes to light. The railed cover and fore end may fit.
 
The reason I brought up about the scope mount question is that I have not been very impressed with the ad-hoc (or heavily modded) ways the SKS and cz858 mounts magnified optics. The AK/AKM platform newer variants seems to be better thought out but they are forbidden fruits for us. So I am hoping the Type 81 platform will provide a better option for Canadians, maybe not......

Side mount for the VZ/CZ is quite good in my opinion. On a side note, Bad lieutenant is gone.

there only few contry in the world that have the type 81 i think pakistant and china only
we are lucky to have them coming in...
 
Hey not to spin off on a tangent on this thread again, but why did bad lieutenant get the boot? I see the BANNED label a lot, and I'm wondering what he did to get the boot? I know, I'm nosy. But I've rarely seen the posts where I've thought "well, that guy
