I think that in order for tracer to be more widely accepted by the fish cops, etc., it should be marketed as a safety item for anyone in the bush.
Get lost after dark, break a leg, etc., load and fire 3 tracers straight up and wait for help.
So that suggests all popular hunting calibres.

I would think 12ga and 20ga and maybe even 16ga (my pet), would have a broad application in teaching/practice. My personal interests would also include .22RF, 7.62x54R, .303 British, and possible 7.62x25.

Restrictions on tracer ammunition have been removed from the Explosives Regulations, 2013 and the ERD will now entertain authorizing it for commercial purposes on a case by case basis.

Without trying to suggest or promise anything, what calibers of tracer ammunition might folks be interested in?
