Great robust, compact rifle, semi auto, so less wasted ammo, simple, plentiful, perfect to arm the public. similar to the U.S. if everyone ( majority) owns firearms, it will be difficult to take over and or control the citizens once the country or parts of, have been taken over!
Yeah I don't think I'd choose that to wear going into battle. But the rifle, I'd be ok with that.

You are correct...Ukraine deffinitelly has the upper hand as far as the propaganda is concerned, since it is 100% backed by the western MSM.
But Russia is winning the real war on the ground...with the recent capture of Soledar, they now have upper hand while advancing on the key stronghold of Bakhmut.
Not sure if you knew this, but "Glory to Ukraine" or "Glory to Heroes" is very much the equivalent of "Seigh Heil", as it was used in that context by known Nazi collaborants and war criminals such as Stephan Bandera or Roman Shukievich.
Many here are unaware of the fact, that Ukraine was fighting on the side of Hitler and they even had their own Nazi divisions (for which co-memorative celebrations are being held anually in cemetaries across Ukraine, complete with people dressed up in Nazi uniforms).

Many Ukrainians were in the Soviet Army, and lots of war activity was on Ukrainian territories where Ukrainians were defending their land against Hitler. So was my grandpa. Yes, there were some ethnic Ukrainian groups fighting on Nazi side, but so were Russian Nazy collaborators too. Russian general Vlasov and his whole army - was fighting against Soviets on Nazi side. Does it warrant saying Russia was on Nazy side? It looks so now rather than back then.

These Banderites and war criminals are still being co-memorated and celebrated as heroes throughout most of the Western Ukraine.
While the Nazis are of course also present in Russia (just like most other countries on this planet), in Russia they are being cracked down upon and prosecuted...in Ukraine, they are actually celebrated.
That is the main difference.
Let me ask you a question:
Show me another country anywhere in the world, where battalions such as Azov (whom are open about being Nazi supporters with both words and symbols) are allowed to be an official part of said countries official armed forces.
Just one!
After you fail to find it, try to think long and hard about this one.
