The Leupold MK 4 will come close in overall quality, but 25 power is max at this time. Also Leupold does not match their reticles with their turrets, so you are stuck with a mil graduated reticle and 1/4 moa turrets. This does not bother some, but it really annoys me.
With either mil dot or TMR reticle, you can adjust the power (therefore reticle subtension) to have the Mil reticle read in MOA. For example, my TMR reticle is calibrated to accurately read in Mils at 14x (BTW, where 1 mil = 3.438 MOA). By adjusting the power down (read: increasing subtension, calibrated at 95 yards) to about 13x, 1 MIL = 4 MOA. With a TMR Reticle set at 13x, this gives me reticles hash marks every 2 MOA. This synchronizes the MOA turrets to a MOA reticle. TMR works Best. Simple.
This would also work for the Leupold 6.5-20 and 8.5-25, but I am not sure of the power setting for 1 Mil = 4 MOA.
