Re Nikon and Steiner lack of customer service. If you think they are bad, you haven't experienced MINOX's. Went thru 3 scopes that had the ocular assembly coming loose. From start to finish, this took 3 years to get resolved. They finally just refunded me my money. The warranty center is Blaser USA, in Texas. They can NOT handle Canadian returns. ITAR. Minox Germany do not answer their emails. I had to get Blaser USA to shame them into answering. The excuse was always the same. "Said" person was on holidays. Too bad the quality control wasn't better, because they sure were nice to look thru.
