No reply ??

"I should have recieved the new reg by now."
Yes we are to blame for this as well, since the registry comes under the direct command of Marstar

I knew it !!!!!!

The evil Marstar is behind the gun registry. !!! They want our guns so they can turn around and sell them back to us !!!

Carbon deposits, wear on both the cylinder and hammer, plating coming off and disassembled in the box with the seal cut. These are things I look for in a new firearm.

I'm sure you guys would love to waste your money on a gun like this.

Want me to post some pictures John ? I'll be home later tonight and can get that done for you.

I'm guessing this is a gun that was returned because of the lack of quality and you passed it off to me as punishment for showing your poor service.

Man,take the dignified way out of this. John magnanomously offered a full refund take the $$$ and wash your hands of it if you posses the cajones to.

It's the Conspiracy thing!

You were offered your money back, and if you are not satisfied, ship the gun back and get a refund.

So either keep the gun, and shut up, or send it back and get your money refunded and shut up. You can't have both. Only at Burger King can you have it your way all the time.

What do you expect him to do more. Maybe kiss your south end on the Post Office steps at Saturday noon, and give you 15 minutes to draw a crowd? Or maybe you can :kickInTheNuts:

Now we can have the V:I:

You are d:h: again, d:h: and again, d:h:. This is beginning to be H:S:

I Have no comment on this case as there is no way i can speak to the validity of eithers claims however I have always received good service from Marstar, and they have always been kind enough to answer all my emails. the time they must spend on emails must be staggering. when i had a question i needed answering and they were too busy to reply quickly i would call and always receive curtious answers. Thanks John and your staff for your professionalism.

My FIRST experience with marstar was this. I ordered a VZ58 (was my first restricted as I had JUST gotten my license) came in the mail the same week, rushed to the range and the damn thing wouldn't fire. I called 4 times that same day, on the 4th call they answered, I explained what happened, ends up my firing pin was broke. They shipped me a bolt free of charge and it came in the week after, no hassle. Straight forward good business.

The OP made my "do NOT sell" list.

Oh, and the guy I spoke with over the phone was an angry quebecker, it was great. We had our share of ########'s. Best customer service ever! Hung up with a smile!

Not certain what you are trying to say here.... ??
YES all boxes we receive from the factory are opened here, we double check all serial numbers against those listed on the documents and the bar code, what is the issue here ??

You may do what ever you wish, that is the advantage of living in a democracy.... However given that you lied before I will put very little credibility in anything you write or post, others may draw their own conclusions....

"I'm guessing this is a gun that was returned because of the lack of quality and you passed it off to me as punishment for showing your poor service. "
How would this be possible, we had already put the transfer through before you started this endless session of lies and misrepresentation ?

I would ask you to act like a rational person (if possible) and accept our offer, which if you are unable to understand it, have it read to you by an supervising adult.

I REPEAT, send the offending revolver back via Canada Post parcel, we will cover the cost for the return shipping as well as offer you a full refund....

CAN WE END THIS SOON ??

John

Johnone, if I havent of ordered stuff from you before and saw how you handled this guy, I would defiantly not let these posts stop me from buying from you. You handled this amazing, with alot of patience, and kept your cool. I can't even believe you offered to even cover the cost of the return. Thats great service, you will defiantly still have my business

John

Not to play devil's advocate but the disrespect seems pretty mutual between both parties to me.

I guess it ain't easy selling firearms to people.

You obviously understand.... What more can we do to make him happy ?

John

I have had great service from Marstar and will continue to recommend them to other shooters I know.
Thanks Johnone for another entertaining read, I swear some of the threads on CGN need to be made into a Bathroom reader...

Ah, if only we still had duels.....10 paces, turn and fire! Beat the hell out of that UFC crap any day.

Duels

Duelling

71. Every one who

(a) challenges or attempts by any means to provoke another person to fight a duel,

(b) attempts to provoke a person to challenge another person to fight a duel, or

(c) accepts a challenge to fight a duel,

is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

R.S., c. C-34, s. 72.

The last known fatal duel in Canada, in Perth, Ontario in 1833, saw Robert Lyon challenge John Wilson to a pistol duel after a quarrel over remarks made about a local school teacher, whom Wilson married after Lyon was killed in the duel. The last fatal duel in England took place on Priest Hill, between Englefield Green and Old Windsor, on 19 October 1852, between two French refugees, Cournet and Barthelemy, the former being killed.

Sounds like wilson insulted the teacher, lyon tried to defend her honor, wilson killed lyon and married the teacher.

Funny.
