The bolt carrier broke into three parts, one is MIA!
I shot about 6 slugs through it and 4 bird shot. It failed on a bird shot leaving the back of the shell inside the receiver.

So I guess him saying only a few have had problems is not quite true ,they all do and not just tweaking and adjusting but blowing up! I think he should have sent them back to the factory! Wish there was a good parts supplier cause they are a cool lookin rig!

Man that deal was to fishy for me, I had a feeling they were just pushing crap out and I bet they got them from the factory for like $10 each, being a business that needs repeat customers, they should have done a promo video saying how they won't sell these guns to us because they are crap and showed us the 100 gun being tossed into a fire, instead of ripping everyone off --- I bet they lose more $ in the long run with this move them they would have if they just junked them

Now that is just unfair. If you had bothered to read the info SFRC posted alongside these shotguns, it clearly stated in no uncertain terms that these guns often came with issues or developed them down the road. It is not "ripping everyone off" when you fully disclose the known issues, warn about future ones, and clear them out.
Chemist= 3/4 and 3". Feed ramp sometimes needs to be rebent at the tip. Also a few have had the action bar(s) break down the road. Most are fine but we put that warning down just in case.
So I guess he covered his A$$ but most are breaking not a few!Either way it's not a great deal of money and we were warned by others to stay away, live and learn ,I will never buy a chinese gun again some are good but the Q C. is not there,cheap lesson! Does anyone know if the stocks can fit a mossy 500?

Eeeeeeeeasy there new guy! You've been on this site for 5 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Know your facts before you start telling people what they should have done and bad mouthing them.Sure man / or lady,if it makes you feel good go ahead! I got wide shoulders and an empty head!
Trevorf,I filed the rough edges on my carrier and smoothed out everything I could but the thing is made of some kinda cast material,doesn't look like it would be that hard to make,anyone know what metal would be strong enough? would a good quality stainless stock be ok to start with?The carrier would be the only dangerous fault in it .That plastic mag follower seems to be the thing hanging up the lifter,that won't be hard to replace.

I use mine as a "course gun" on the CFSC. Works great for that.
Looking at the bits and pieces from Trevor's "ex gun", perhaps I'll just leave the firing pin out of mine.

Just throw in some 870 parts. I had a buddy bring over an 870 carrier tonight and it fit like a glove. This gun will be back up and running in no time. The parts are already ordered. I won't be putting slugs through it again though.
Where is a good spot to order parts from?
